4 meters to 100 centimeters

Mathematics
2 answers:
marissa [1.9K]2 years ago
4 0

Answer:

This is incorrect because 1 meter is 100 centimeters. But then when you keep going and when you get to 4 meters, you would get 400.

For example:

1 meter - 100 centimeters

2 meters - 200 centimeters

3 meters - 300 centimeters

4 meters - 400 centimeters

Hope this helps!

What's the slope of (-5, -3) and (5,3)
MAVERICK [17]

Answer:

10/6

Step-by-step explanation:

all you have to do is divide x2 or 5 in this case - x2 or -5 with y2 or 3 - y1 or 3 so it would be

(5--5)/(3--3)

and 2 negatives are a positive so it would turn to

5+5/3+3   or    10/6

please rate 5 stars i would really appreciate it

(Calculus help, 25 points, will give brainliest) Find the sum of the sigma notation below.
Andreyy89

\displaystyle\sum_{i=3}^{10}(2i-9)=2\sum_{i=3}^{10}i-9\sum_{i=3}^{10}1

Recall that

\displaystyle\sum_{i=1}^n1=n

\displaystyle\sum_{i=1}^ni=\frac{n(n+1)}2

Your sums start at i=3, so in order to apply these formulas directly, you need to compensate for the missing first two terms:

\displaystyle\sum_{i=3}^{10}1=\sum_{i=1}^{10}1-(1+1)=10-2=8

\displaystyle\sum_{i=3}^{10}i=\sum_{i=1}^{10}i-(1+2)=\frac{10\cdot11}2-3=52

\implies\displaystyle\sum_{i=3}^{10}(2i-9)=2\cdot52-9\cdot8=\boxed{32}
