Lean systems coupled with statistical process control require a high degree of regimentation which in turn can lead to Worker stress.

<h3>What is statistical process control(spc) ?</h3>

Statistical process control is a system of quality control where statistical model, algorithm and and methods are used to monitor a process.

SPC is mainly practiced or implemented in two steps

  1. Initial setup or establishment of the process.
  2. production of the system /process

While other processes uses correction from results, SPC helps in early detection and solving of the problem.

Now using SPC requires a high degree of regimentation from Man, Machine, Material, Method,  Environment. Now such high level of regimentation is not always effective on workers of a factory or system which in turn increase the worker stress.

How does the graph of the function g(x) = 2x – 4 differ from the graph of f(x) = 2x
Lena [83]

9514 1404 393

Answer:

  the y-intercepts differ

Step-by-step explanation:

The x-coefficient is the same for each function, so parallel lines are described. The function g(x) has a y-intercept of -4; f(x) has a y-intercept of 0.

The graphs differ in their intercepts.

__

<em>Additional comment</em>

g(x) can be considered to be a translation downward of f(x) by 4 units. The same graph of g(x) can be obtained by translating f(x) to the right by 2 units. That is, both the x-intercepts and y-intercepts differ between the two functions.

Oduvanchick [21]

Answer:

He owned Cat for 5 years.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: Owned dog for 9 years.

Dog owned year is one year less than twice as long as he owned a cat.

Lets assume the years that cat has been owned be "x".

Now, finding the number years that Cat hes been owned.

As given, Dog owned year is one year less than twice as long as he owned a cat.

∴ using equation to find the Cat´s owned years.

⇒ 2x-1= 9

adding 1 on both side.

⇒ 2x= 10

dividing both side by 2

⇒x= \frac{10}{2}

∴x= 5\ years

Hence, Cat has been owned for 5 years.
