Tobacco,exposed to smoke , poor nutrition , including diets low in fruits and vegetables and high in sodium and saturated fats.

There are some factors of chronic disease which effect , the main modification behavioral risk factors are tobacco use, alcohol use, an healthful diet and physical inactivity.

The most common risks that associated with the deaths of both men and women are high body mass index , and high fasting plasma glucose but greater cumulative impact on health comes from poor diet.
