The effect that this reinforcement would have on attendance is that the attendance would be improved and it would remain high.

This is the term that has to do with the ways that the desired character in people can be reinforced overtime. That is the use of rewards as away of getting people to do the right thing.

If the paycheck is going to be based on the interval schedule of the employees, the effect it would have is that more people would want to improve on their attendance in the business.
