Answer : The reaction rate at 3^oC,24^oC,40^oC\text{ and }65^oC are 36mg/L/sec,142mg/L/sec,190mg/L/sec\text{ and }352mg/L/sec

Solution : Given,

Mass of tablet = 1000 mg

Volume of water = 0.200 L

The given formula will be,

\text{Reaction rate}=\frac{\text{Mass of tablet}/\text{Volume of water}}{\text{Reaction time}}

Now we have to calculate the reaction rate at different temperatures and reaction time.

\text{Reaction rate at }3^oC=\frac{1000mg/0.200L}{138.5sec}=\frac{5000mg/L}{138.5sec}=36mg/L/sec

\text{Reaction rate at }24^oC=\frac{1000mg/0.200L}{34.2sec}=\frac{5000mg/L}{34.2sec}=142mg/L/sec

\text{Reaction rate at }40^oC=\frac{1000mg/0.200L}{26.3sec}=\frac{5000mg/L}{26.3sec}=190mg/L/sec

\text{Reaction rate at }65^oC=\frac{1000mg/0.200L}{14.2sec}=\frac{5000mg/L}{14.2sec}=352mg/L/sec

Therefore, the reaction rate at 3^oC,24^oC,40^oC\text{ and }65^oC are 36mg/L/sec,142mg/L/sec,190mg/L/sec\text{ and }352mg/L/sec

Mass of a mole is known as
gayaneshka [121]

Answer:

Molar mass is the mass of a given substance divided by the amount of that substance, measured in g/mol. For example, the atomic mass of titanium is 47.88 amu or 47.88 g/mol. In 47.88 grams of titanium, there is one mole, or 6.022 x 1023 titanium atoms.

Explain how lines latitude and longitude help people find locations on earth.
Bad White [126]
Latitude and longitude are the x and y axis on a grid. When you're trying to find a location on earth, you need to graph it, so you can pinpoint the location. There is no grid if there is no longitude and/or latitude lines. Without one of the lines, it would be very hard to graph, which will be difficult in finding locations on earth. But hey, I'm not too sure. I recommend looking at other people's answers too and searching it up.

What type of chemical bond forms between positive and negative ions? (1 point)?
vlada-n [284]

Ionic bond is formed between positive and negative ions.

Positive ion is known as cation (electropositive metal)

Negative ion is known as anion ( electronegative non-metal)

The bond formed between a metal (positive ion) and non-metal (negative ions) is known as Ionic bond.

Ionic form is formed when one or more electrons from the valence shell of an atom (electropositive metal ) are completely transferred to the valence shell of another atom (electronegative non-metal). Ionic bonding is the complete transfer of valence electron(s) between oppositely charged atoms.

For example: Bond between NaCl(sodium chloride) is an ionic bond in which Na (sodium ) is positive ion(metal) which have +1 charge and Cl (chlorine) is negative ion(non-metal) which have -1 charge and the bond formed between Na+ and Cl- is ionic bond.

Na^{+}(positive ion) + Cl^{-}(negative ion)\rightarrow Ionic bond
