Hence inductive electron withdrawal by the halogen atom predominates over electron donation by resonance effect and the benzene ring g is deactivated towards electrophilic substitution at the ortho and para positions.

Depends on the cut if its like a pimple You could use chap stick but if its a deep cut you should probably get it checked out/ use a lot of pressure and hold a clean rag over the cut. if its a little scrape clean it with alcohol and put some napkin over it and then a bandaid
