rate = k{A}^2{B}^2

When having a reaction both need to be included, so we know that D wouldn't work for us. But since they are being combined they would both be squared with 2. Then they would form compounds of C and D.

Write your question here (Keep it simple and clear to get the best answer)how can the boiling point of a liquid raised without a
Ludmilka [50]
The boiling point of a liquid can be raised by adding pressure. Like wise, if you lower the pressure the boiling point goes down. This can be explained by the fact that boiling occurse when the vapor pressure equals the outside pressure so when the outside pressure rises the vapor pressure required for boiling also rises. Vapor pressure is proportional to temperature and therefore temperature needs to increase to make the vapor pressure increase. I hope this helps. Let me know in the comments if anything is unclear or if you want me to explain anything further.

6.0 mol Al reacts with 4.0 mol O2 to form Al2O3.
Tema [17]

Answer:

3.0 moles Al₂O₃

Explanation:

We do not know which of the reactants is the limiting reactant. Therefore, you need to convert both of the given mole values into the product. This can be done using the mole-to-mole ratio made up of the balanced equation coefficients.

4 Al + 3 O₂ -----> 2 Al₂O₃

6.0 moles Al            2 moles Al₂O₃
----------------------  x  -------------------------  =  3.0 moles Al₂O₃
                                    4 moles Al

4.0 moles O₂           2 moles Al₂O₃
----------------------  x  -------------------------  =  2.7 moles Al₂O₃
                                    3 moles O₂

As you can see, O₂ produces the smaller amount of product. This means O₂ is the limiting reactant. Remember, the limiting reactant is the reactant which runs out before the other reactant(s) are completely reacted. As such, the actual amount of Al₂O₃ produced is 2.7 moles.

However, since this problem is directly addressing how much Al₂O₃ is produced from Al, the answer you most likely are looking for is 3.0 moles Al₂O₃.

Modify isoleucine, below, to show its structure at pH 1 and pH 13.
NeTakaya
I have attached the answer

remember that when the solution is acidic, pH lower than 7. there are extra H+ that the amino acid can take. the basic part of the amino acid takes this extra hydrogen (the nitrogen).

when the pH is higher than 7, basic, there are not much H+ available. the amino acid loses a H+. the acid part of the amino acid loses the H (the carboxylic part).
