A Grand Mal seizure is actually another name for a Tonic-Clonic Seizure. Grand Mal seizure are extremely powerful electrical storms of the brain. That cause a patient to descend into convulsions that they have no knowledge about their seizure. This seizure affect the entire body and work on two stages Tonic; which sees patient loose consciousness and fall, and clonic, where the begin to convulse. Usually patients with these seizure will begin to come out but have a period of altered mental status called a postictal state.

These seizures usually can have several complications if not treated to fast. Injuries due to the fall, and the inability to breath can lead to fatalities. Another thing EMS watch out for is if thirty minutes have passed and multiple seizures are noted with a return to regular mental status, it is called Status Epilepticus, which is a very serious life threat.

Explain the steps of how modern ammunition fires
Alexandra [31]
Modern firearms use the same principles as muzzleloading firearms. The ignition and burning of gunpowder create pressure. This pressure propels projectile(s) down the bore and out of the muzzle. The first modern firearms used black powder. Since about 1890, modern firearms are designed to use smokeless gunpowder. Smokeless gunpowder creates greater pressures and should not be used in firearms designed for black powder. Watch what happens when the trigger is squeezed on this bolt action rifle.

Which statement describes a healthy communication practice in a family?
Verizon [17]

Answer:

Answer Below----Please Mark Me Brainliest!!!

Explanation:

It should be D. A would make sense but there is not connection with the conversation which can sometimes be considered a unhealthy practice. Taking turns cooking doesn't involve talking, so it doesn't make sense (not b). While attending events that are important to others is a good thing, again it doesn't involve talking, so it's not C. That leads us to members relate to one another in different situations (d). That makes sense because in order to relate in different situations, it requires an unified, general topic that involves healthy communication.

I hope this helps!
