<span>Over consumption of sugar has been the main contributing factor to obesity, diabetes, cancer and the general decline of health in society. Sugar is used in a wide variety of foods from can goods to drinks that most of these items we are unaware of the level of sugar or how much is a safe level to consume. But also people are just eating too much sugar.</span>
