Wellness is more than the physical health. It is a combination of physical, mental, emotional and social well being. The 3 main areas of wellness are first the Physical area. It means keeping the body well as by eating proper diet and doing some exercise. The second area is Mental and Emotional meaning one should accept his or herself and embracing the flaws. One should also know how to show emotions in a healthy way. Lastly the Social area in which it means how one deals with the people around her or him and how to make friends and keeping them.
