Answer:

It takes 12 weeks to save atleast 4000 .

Option (b) is correct .

Step-by-step explanation:

As given

Vicki works 19 hours per week.

Her take home pay is $17.30 per hour.

Vicki incomes per week = Total hours Vicki works × Cost per hour

                                        = 19 × 17.30

                                        = $328.7

As given

If Vicki is able to save all of her earnings, and want to save atlest $4000 .

Let us assume that the number of weeks be x for saving atlest $4000 .

Equations becomes

Income of one week × Number of weeks ≥ 4000

328.7x ≥ 4000

x \geq\frac{4000}{328.7}

x ≥ 13 weeks (Approx)

Therefore it takes 13 weeks to save atleast 4000 .

Option (b) is correct .

A 20% off coupon for
algol [13]

Answer:

$20

Step-by-step explanation:

<em>20% is equal to 20/100 therefore, if 5 x 20 is 100, you would multiply 5 x 4 and get 20, </em>

the reason you don't subtract the $4 is because it says "was" so the answer is $20
