Here, Node spacing = half of wavelength
= 10 /3 1/2

frequency * wavelength
 = 10/6 = 5/3 = 1.7 Hz

In short, Your Answer would be Option A) 1.7 Hz

Hope this helps!

What element is created when hydrogen atoms fuse together in the sun’s core?
Lilit [14]

Answer:

It's Helium.

Explanation:

The superficial layers of the star compress the core as an effect of its own gravity. Therefore, atoms will be closer to each other in the core, allowing them to be combined.

A nuclear reaction occurs when light elements combine into heavier elements (that is known as nucleosynthesis). Different ways in which that can happen exist, but the most common in the Sun, according to its mass, is the Proton-Proton chain reaction. In that fusion reaction two atoms of Hydrogen are combined to form Helium.

Remember that a Helium atom is composed of two Protons and two Neutrons.

The Proton-Proton chain works in the following way:

^{1}H +^{1}H = ^{2}H + \nu + e^{+}

Two Protons combine each other (^{1}H) and one Deuterium (^{2}H)  is gotten, and one Neutrino (\nu), and one Positron (e^{+}) are emitted from them.

^{2}H +^{1}H = ^{3}He + \gamma

A deuterium and Proton combine each other and a Helium three nucleus(^{3}He) is gotten, and a gamma ray (\gamma) is emitted.

^{3}He +^{3}He = ^{4}He + ^{1}H + ^{1}H

Two Helium three nucleus combine and a Helium atom  (^{4}He) is gotten, and two Protons are emitted.

So, when hydrogen atoms fuse together helium is created.

Cathy, a 460-N actress playing Peter Pan, is hoisted above the stage in order to "fly" by a stagehand pulling with a force of 60
SCORPION-xisa [38]

Answer:7.67

Explanation:

Given

Weight of Cathy W_1=460\ N

Force exerted by rope F=60\ N

Mechanical advantage is the ratio of load by Pulling effort

M.A.=\frac{Load}{Pulling\ effort}

M.A.=\frac{460}{60}

M.A.=7.67\ N

The product of 2 x 104 cm and 4 x 10–12 cm, expressed in scientific notation is ____.
sdas [7]
Answer:    8 * 10⁻⁸  cm²  .
______________________________________________________
Explanation:
______________________________________________

(2 * 10⁴ cm) * (4 * 10⁻¹² cm)  =

2 *4 * 10⁴ * 10⁻¹² = 8 * 10⁽⁴⁺⁽⁻¹²⁾⁾ =  8 * 10⁻⁸  cm² .
_________________________________________

Note the follow property of exponents:
_____________________________________________________

xᵃ * xᵇ = x⁽ᵃ ⁺ ᵇ⁾  ;  as such:  " 10⁴ * 10⁻¹² = 10⁽⁴⁺⁽⁻¹²⁾⁾ = 10⁻⁸ " .

If atmospheric pressure suddenly changes from 1.00 atm to 0.896 atm at 298 k, how much oxygen will be released from 3.30 l of wa
xxMikexx [17]
At  a temperature of 298 K, the Henry's law constant is 0.00130 M/atm for oxygen. The solubility of oxygen in water 1.00 atm would be calculated as follows:

<span>S = (H) (Pgas) = 0.00130 M / atm x 0.21 atm = 0.000273 M
</span>
At 0.890 atm,
<span>S = (H)(Pgas) = 0.00130 M / atm x 0.1869 atm = 0.00024297 M</span>
<span>
If atmospheric pressure would suddenly change from 1.00 atm to 0.890 atm at the same temperature, the amount of oxygen that will be released from 3.30 L of water in an unsealed container would be as follows</span>
<span>
3.30 L x (0.000273 mol / L) = 0.0012012 mol</span>

3.30 L x (0.00024297 mol / L) = 0.001069068 mol

0.0012012 mol - 0.001069068 mol = 0.000132 mol

A technical machinist is asked to build a cubical steel tank that will hold 130l of water. calculate in meters the smallest poss
disa [49]
Answer:0.507m

To answer this question, you need to know how to calculate a cube volume. Cube volume is calculated by multiplying the length^3, make its unit become cubic meter.
In this case we know the volume is 130L and asked how long is the length in meter. Then you need to convert the liter into m3. The calculation would be:
V=R^3
130L= R^3
R= 3<span>√(130m3/1000)
R= 5.065797/10 m
R= 0.506579m
Rounded up to 0.507m</span>
