Answer: Hypocalcemia

Martin has a condition called hypocalcemia, which means that the calcium level in blood is too low. This can be tested through a blood panel that also test for blood sugar and protein aside from calcium. Moreover, low level of calcium indicates secondary hyperparathyroidism where the parathyroid glands produce too much parathyroid hormone, which causes calcium levels to rise that result to bone thinning and fractures.<span>                  </span>

svlad2 [7]

Answer:

Proteins are made from amino acids.

DNA contains the code for building proteins.

Explanation:

"Proteins" are made of<em> small organic molecules</em> called<em> "amino acids." </em>These are its building blocks and it helps make the protein in its linear chains.

Proteins are not readily used by the body for energy, instead the body readily uses carbohydrates for energy.

Proteins do not contain the code for building DNA, rather, the DNA contains the code for building proteins. These codes are like DNA instructions which are converted into an<em> "RNA message."</em> This message is then translated in order to produce protein.

Anna71 [15]

Answer:

Piaget’s theory of cognitive development is a comprehensive theory about the nature and development of human intelligence. Piaget believed that one’s childhood plays a vital and active role in a person’s development.[1] Piaget’s idea is primarily known as a developmental stage theory. The theory deals with the nature of knowledge itself and how humans gradually come to acquire, construct, and use it.[2] To Piaget, cognitive development was a progressive reorganization of mental processes resulting from biological maturation and environmental experience. He believed that children construct an understanding of the world around them, experience discrepancies between what they already know and what they discover in their environment, then adjust their ideas accordingly.[3] Moreover, Piaget claimed that cognitive development is at the center of the human organism, and language is contingent on knowledge and understanding acquired through cognitive development.[4]

Why do you think it is important to stretch and bring your heart rate down after exercise ?
zavuch27 [327]
It is important to stretch before exercising because for example if you were to be doing a strenuous workout it causes the blood vessels in your legs to expand. Which then causes more blood into your legs and feet. If you were to stop after a while of exercising your heart rate slows down and blood can pool into your lower body which could cause you to possibly faint.
