2  1/5x * 1 7/10 y  *  4  3/5 x 1 7/10  (* 7 4/50)

Finds the answer

10 6/50x  *  7  41/50y   (* 7/4/50)  = 56

79 13/100  (* 7 4/50)  = 56

560  = 56 (10x)

x = 5 6/10

7 (y) = 56 (7y)

8 = 56/7  (y)

y = 8

x = 5 6/10

6/10 of 560  = 336

336/60 = x

336/60 = 5 6/10

In the sequence generated by the formula an=(-1)^n+1(5)^n, which of the following terms has the greatest value? Assume an > 0
marishachu [46]

Answer:

c a(n+10)

Step-by-step explanation:

[(-1)^(n+1)] × (5^n)

an > 0

a(n+5) = (-1)⁵ × 5^(n+5) < 0

a(n+10) = (-1)¹⁰ × 5^(n+10) > 0

a(n+15) = (-1)¹⁵ × 5^(n+15) < 0

Since a^n is positive, n is even

Odd powers of -1 are negative

Which graph represents the same relation as the rule y = 2x, for all real numbers x?
lapo4ka [179]

Answer:

first graph option A

Step-by-step explanation:

Rule is y= 2x

Lets make a table to find out some point for graphing

Plug in some values for x  and find out y

x                y= 2x

-2              y=2(-2) = -4

0                y= 2(0)=0

2                y = 2(2)= 4

So the coordinates for graphing are (-2,-4) , (0,0) and (2,4)

The first graph has all the same coordinates .

So first graph represents the same relation

Hooke's Law. The distance d when a spring is stretched by a hanging object varies directly as the weight w of the object. If the
algol [13]

The distance is 52.5 cm when weight is 7kg

Step-by-step explanation:

Distance is 15 cm when weight is 2 kg

We need to find the distance d when weight is 7 kg

Since distance and weight varies directly so,

\frac{15}{2}=\frac{d}{7}

Solving the above expression:

\frac{15}{2}=\frac{d}{7}\\Cross\,\,multiply\\15*7=d*2\\105=d*2\\d=\frac{105}{2}\\d=52.5

So, The distance is 52.5 cm when weight is 7kg
