The different  element that are  in  ammonium  hydroxide (NH4OH)   are   three(3)

that  is  nitrogen (N)
              Hydrogen (H)
              oxygen (O)
to  make a  total of three  atoms
 
nitrogen,  hydrogen   and  oxygen   made  up  ammonium  hydroxide  that  is  1 atom of  nitrogen   5  atoms of  hydrogen    and  1 atom of oxygen.
