Leilani and Gina are discussing how to complete a school project. Gina wants to start with an outline, but Leilani wants to skip
lora16 [44]

Answer:

One way for Leilani and Gina to improve their communication skills is:

 • Respect the other's point of view and evaluate it objectively.

Explanation:

When two people have opposite points of view, they tend to think that the other person's idea is the one that is wrong, without even stopping to think if the other idea has a benefit that the own idea does not contemplate, the same happens in any field, even in the case given between Leilani and Gina, Gina wants to start with a scheme surely to have a greater order in all the activities to develop to fulfill the school project, which has a lot of logic from the organizational point of view, however Leilani wants to omit the scheme, possibly to incorporate a greater effort at a high point of the project, an idea that although it would have complications due to a lack of organization, it would be praiseworthy from the point of view of effectiveness, therefore, the two girls must understand that the first step to carry out teamwork is to respect and value the opinion of the other people who make it up, thus, they will understand that each of their points of view s has benefits that can be incorporated into your project without having to attack her partner.

What triggers eating disorders in teens?
Alex_Xolod [135]
The reason most likely to trigger eating disorder in teens is their self-consciousness of their body shape.

Although the issue of discrimination on body shape is less severe nowadays, the trend of being slim or thin is still promoted by the media, for example,in the Kpop industry, almost every pop star has to be very thin.

Some then become hyperaware with their body and weight, either wanting to look better or is afraid of being discriminated of looking fat or chubby.

Some would then use unhealthy diet or fasting to cut the weight, eventually causing eating disorder such as anorexia nervosa(constantly not eating enough) or bulimia (force themselves to throw up what have been eaten).

Hope it helps!
