Answer: The correct answer is that bacteria are transmitted easily and reproduce quickly. Bacteria can reproduce on their own and they can survive in different environments from extreme cold to extreme hot as they are adaptive to different environmental conditions due to which they become more susceptible for causing infection in other organisms. Also, they can be easily transmitted through direct and indirect contacts. And when a bacteria invades other organism the rate of replication of bacteria inside that organism increases causing infection.
