m=\frac{0-4}{-10+5}\\ m=\frac{-4}{-5}\\ m=\frac{4}{5}

Note: In the denominator of the first line, the -5 was changed to a 5 because in the original equation, we are told to subtract.  When you have two negatives they cancel each other out.
