Answer:

The amount of NO₂ that can be produced 8.533 g

Explanation:

       According to question

                                2 NO(g) + O₂(g) → 2 NO₂(g)

Given

Moles of nitrogen monoxide = 0.377

Moles of oxygen = 0.278

'For NO'=\frac{Mole}{Stoichiometry}=\frac{0.377}{2} =0.1855\\'For O_{2} '=\frac{0.278}{1}= 0.278\\

Since 'NO' is the limiting reagent according to this ratio.

According to equation

         2 moles NO reacts to form 2 moles NO₂

So,  0.1855 moles NO give  = 0.1855 moles of NO₂

            Mass of 1 mole NO₂ = 46 g/mole

            Mass of 0.1855 moles = 46 x 0.1855 = 8.533 g

For the given reaction, according to the Law of Conservation of Energy, the energy required to decompose Hcl and produce H_{2}+c l_{2} are equal.

Answer: Option C

<u>Explanation:</u>

According to law of conservation's of energy, energy can only be transferred from reactants to product side. So in this process, it is stated that 185 kJ of energy will be needed to decompose it. So that 185 kJ of energy will be getting transferred to produce the creation of hydrogen and chloride in the product side.

So if we see from the reactants side, the energy of 185 kJ is required for decomposition of hydrogen chloride. Similarly, if we see from the product side, the 185 kJ utilized for decomposition is transferred as energy required to create hydrogen and chlorine atoms. This statement will be in accordance with the law of conservation's of energy.

A copper cylinder, 12.0 cm in radius, is 44.0 cm long. If the density of commoner is 8.90 g/cm3, calculate the mass in grams of
inna [77]

The mass of the copper cylinder is 177065.856g

Given:

Radius of the copper cylinder R=12cm

Height of the copper cylinder H=44cm

Density of the cylinder=8.90 \frac{g}{c m^{3}}

To find:

Mass of the copper cylinder

<u>Step by Step by explanation:</u>

Solution:

According to the formula, Mass can be calculated as

\rho=\frac{m}{v} and from this

m=\rho \times v

Where, m=mass of the cylinder

\rho =density of the cylinder

v=volume of the cylinder

And also cylinder is provided with radius and height value.

So volume of the cylinder is calculated as

v=\pi r^{2} h

Where \pi=3.14

r=radius of the cylinder=12cm

h=height of the cylinder=44cm

Thus, v=3.14 \times 12^{2} \times 44

v=3.14 \times 144 \times 44

v=19895.04 \mathrm{cm}^{3}

And we know that, m=\rho \times v

Substitute the known values in the above equation we get

m=8.90 \times 19895.04

m=177065.856g or 177.065kg

Result:

Thus the mass of the copper cylinder is 177065.856g

Consider the reaction.
Alex_Xolod [135]

Note the signs of equilibrium:-

  • Reaction don't procede forward or backward
  • Concentration of products and reactants remains same .

So

if

Concentration of A is 2M then concentration of B should be same .

So equilibrium constant K is 1

\\ \rm\rightarrowtail K=\dfrac{[Products]^a}{[Reactants]^b}

So

  • [B]=[A]^2
  • [B]=2^2
  • [B]=4M
