The correct statements are:

B. a small rock sitting on top of a big rock

As the rock is at a height with respect to ground it has potential Energy

and

C. a stretched rubber band

A stretched rubber band has elastic potential energy

The others are actually moving and hence would consist of Kinetic energy. Potential energy is stored in objects that do not move and are stationary.

C and as other have expained below, B as well

Potential energy basically means something has the possibilty to change. A stretched rubber band could be released at any moment, which would then create kinetic energy. If the band wasn't stretched it wouldn't have any potential energy.

A. There is less current flowing through the bulb.

Ohms law dictates that Electrical voltage = current x resistance. To understand current you would divide voltage by resistance. The less voltage the less current will run through the circuit.

Describe the motion of an object that has an acceleration of 0m/s2
solong [7]
Zero acceleration means the object's velocity is not changing.
So the object is moving in a straight line, at a constant speed
that could be anything (including zero) as long as it's constant.

Two children fight over a 200g stuffed bear. The 25kg boy pulls to the right with a 15N force and the 20kg girl pulls to the lef
Sati [7]
The masses of the children may not be taken into account since these are towards the ground and directly affecting the bear. The net force is the difference of the forces since they are acting on opposite sides. The magnitude of this net force is equal to 2N and the sign is to where the greater force is from. Therefore, the force is directed towards the left.
