In practicing abstinence, what skills should
you
learn and practice
Zolol [24]

Explanation:

Well there is two types of abstinence, the bad and good

Bad:

1. Learn to control yourself.

2. Seek medical help, or try to take medications.

3. Try to destroy anything that you love/addicted to, for example, a strong drink.

4. Try to be around more with your family, it definetly helps you talk to someone about what you have, and they are the people that can stop you from doing anything wrong/bad.

5. Start paying attention on how your body reacts when they see something you are addicted to, or take notes about your health.

**Extra** Meditation helps!

Good:

1. Pursue what you love to do and keep doing it, like sports or math for example

2. Meditate more to help regain your balance

3. Get someone to modivate you to do it more often, like your family.

4. Make sure your emotional, physical and your health in general are average.

5. Control yourself and not think on anything else, but what you are doing.

**Extra** Try to listen to some music while doing what you like, it regains control!

Addiction is not good, even if its addicted to playing sports or doing math. These tips can really help, meditation is probably the most effective.

Cheers!
