While you didn't really provide us with any possible goals which one might consider to be least or most realistic - What one shouldn't do if one wants to attain mental and emotional health is to set up healthy and achievable goals, that one doesn't expect too much from himself or that one can be able to say no to a request etc.

The easiest one would be the single-entry system

the accounting in single entry system only cover the "bare essentials" in its book such as cash, product, and account payable"

It's really simple and way cheaper to maintain compared to the double-entry system. Which cover all the transactions, even the one one that haven't happen yet
