Given, Annapolis, Maryland has an approximate population of 36,000.

And Columbus, Ohio has an approximate population of (7.3)(10)^5.

First we have to multiply (7.3)(10)^5.

(7.3)(10^5) = (7.3)(100000) = 730000

We can see the population of columbus is larger than population of Annapolis.

Now we will divide the population of Columbus by the population of Annapolis to find how much times the population of columbus is larger. We will get,

\frac{730000}{36000} = 20.28 ( Approximately taken upto two decimal place)

So it is more than 20 times.

We can say, The population of columbus is approximately 20 times larger than Annapolis.

We have got the required answer.

Option 3 is correct.

Two students went to the schools clinic with fevers Isabell had a temperature of 103.78 and Bryan had a temperature that was 2.3
jeyben [28]

Answer:

1) The temperature of Bryan is 101.39°

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, the Temperature of Isabell is given = 103.78 degrees

Now, the temperature of Bryan = Iaabell's Tempt. - 2.36

So, temperature  of Bryan  =   (103.78  - 2.36)  degrees

                                              =  101.4  degree

Hence, the temperature of Bryan = 101.4 degree

So, the most appropriate option is 101.39°

Use the distributive property to expand the following expression

(9m-6)7

please help
Drupady [299]

Answer:2/3

Step-by-step explanation:

Simplifying

(9m + -6) * 7 = 0

Reorder the terms:

(-6 + 9m) * 7 = 0

Reorder the terms for easier multiplication:

7(-6 + 9m) = 0

(-6 * 7 + 9m * 7) = 0

(-42 + 63m) = 0

Solving

-42 + 63m = 0

Solving for variable 'm'.

Move all terms containing m to the left, all other terms to the right.

Add '42' to each side of the equation.

-42 + 42 + 63m = 0 + 42

Combine like terms: -42 + 42 = 0

0 + 63m = 0 + 42

63m = 0 + 42

Combine like terms: 0 + 42 = 42

63m = 42

Divide each side by '63'.

m = 0.6666666667

Simplifying

m = 0.6666666667=2/3 when simplified

Because Line 1 is parallel to Line 2, angle "a" should also be 46 degrees. b is complementary so it would be 180-46=134(degrees).
