Hey, my nose was bleeding a little bit ago, and I just spat blood. This is NOT a normal occurrence in any way. I did not hurt my

self or anything of the sort to cause a nosebleed. Should I be worried?

No because sometimes your nose can get too dry and it will crack on the inside of your nose ( kinda like how when you have chapped lips they bleed )

High blood pressure or allergies could be the cause but it could also just be dry air. Its really nothing to worry about just get some nasal spray or saline water and put it up your nose
