I think the answer is B. because the sum of the 2 smaller numbers is greater than the 3rd number.

a. 8+6 = 14 ; 14 is less than 16 ; wrong
b. 8+6 = 14 ; 14 is greater than 10 ; correct
c. 7+6 = 13 ; 13 is less than 14 ; wrong
d. 6+7 = 13 ; 13 is less than 20 ; correct
