Answer:

The six areas of well being are: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Intellectual, Environmental and social.

Explanation:

Our health is complex and needs to be taken care of in several areas. Many think that we should only exercise and eat well to be healthy, but this is not true, as there are six areas of good that promote the complete health of the body. These areas are: Physical (which refers to regular exercise, promotes heart health, prevents circulation problems, among other things), Emotional (is directly related to our mental health. Our mind has to be healthy so that we have forces to promote the other areas), Spiritual (also involved with our mental health, but refers to having confidence and certainty in our beliefs), Intellectual (refers to our ability to act rationally and address our problems in the right and rational way), Environmental (refers to to the fact that we live in an environment that stimulates our comfort, health and well-being), Social (refers to our ability to establish relationships with people, having friends, companionship).

Withholding some valued privileges is one method of child discipline.
Another form of punishment could include grounding whereby the child will be restricted from going anywhere or doing anything.
Grounding can also involve isolation, the child is made to stay away from everyone else.
Natural consequences can also come into play, this means that if the child is always late for breakfast or dinner, then they will not eat, instead, they will be made to stay hungry.
