Answer:

interact continuously

Explanation:

When you think that someone is "healthy" or "healthy," possibly what comes to mind is that they are physically well. But the concept of health includes physical health, mental and emotional health, including dimensions such as self-acceptance, social skills, or perception of what happens around us. These elements make up the six dimensions of health, which are elements that act together to provide health and well-being to the individual. These elements are:

1. Self-Acceptance: If you accept your body, your thoughts and your emotions, you will have a more positive view of yourself. But if you have low self-esteem and don't accept yourself as it may be, this dissatisfaction will make you so overwhelmed that you won't know where to start changing those aspects of your life that you can interfere with.

2. The environmental domain: If you have a high sense of control over what is around you, you will feel able to influence the environment to deal with difficult situations. But if you do not have an environmental domain, according to the psychological wellbeing questionnaire, you will have more difficulties to overcome the adversities that arise in your daily life.

3. Positive relationships with others: If you are able to have satisfactory relationships with others, you will have healthy bonds that will generate a higher emotional quality. This implies having more empathy and openness towards people. If you have a lower score on this scale, you have difficulty interacting, opening and trusting, and even maintaining relationships.

4. Autonomy: A high degree of autonomy implies that you are able to develop a greater force to resist social pressure and your own impulses. If instead you have low autonomy, let yourself be guided by the opinions of others, and depend on what others say or think about you, you get carried away by group pressure.

5. Personal Growth: If you encourage your personal growth, you may feel that you are always learning, develop your ability to learn from life's circumstances, and know that you have the resources to keep improving. If there is no personal growth, we will feel trapped, bored, unmotivated, and unable to develop new learning and growth behaviors.

6. Life Purpose: If you score high in this dimension, it means you have found the meaning of your life, a meaning for your past, present and future. If you cannot find a clear purpose, you will feel confused or disoriented.
