Understanding is definitely the most important. Most people close off in a discussion because they feel like they're not being heard. If you can understand what someone is saying and demonstrate that, they will be much more likely to listen to what you have to say.

The barriers to exercising are classified as excuses. Excuses like ones physical attributes shouldn't be an excuse to not exercise but a motivator. Time management is another barrier that is classified as an excuse. Even if someone has school or work there is a part of the day that can be used for exercise. Exercising doesn't always have to be an hour in the day.
