When my son was in picu I asked bc the hospital we were in used code red. There are no standard definitions or conventions for the use of codes in hospitals I was told by the nurse. While code blue does refer to a cardiopulmonary arrest at many hospitals, it doesn't necessarily mean the same thing everywhere.

Using technology to enable better health care

Health care is changing every year and the overwhelming trend is that digital health and new technologies are driving these changes.

Broadly, the term digital health refers to any form of healthcare provision delivered via electronic means. This may include electronic health records, electronic referrals, secure messaging between providers, and telehealth/ telemedicine.

The use of electronic health records may also be referred using the digital health/ eHealth terminology which has recently been branded

Answer: B

Explanation:

After a muscle fiber is stimulated by a nerve signal, a release of stored calcium ions leads to muscle contraction.

Common electrolytes include sodium, chloride, magnesium, calcium and potassium.

Sodium and potassium help in the generation of nerve impulses while calcium aids muscle contraction. Sodium is also actively involved in the movement across cell membranes.
