Algunas veces, el gobierno federal, estatal o local, promueve la activación física por medio de anuncios en los medios de comunicación, campañas de concientización en las escuelas, o a través de los mismos maestros de educación física en escuelas y centros municipales, invitando a todas las personas para que realicen algún tipo de activación física.

El profesor de educación física debe enseñarte la forma correcta de respirar cuando haces ejercicio, la importancia de la relajación del cuerpo para iniciar una actividad. El profesor debe hacer énfasis en la etapa del calentamiento y el estiramiento para preparar al cuerpo antes de realizar el ejercicio.

También debe de explicarte las características de cada ejercicio y para qué sirven.
