Let's just say that you can be your own worst enemy . You can put urself down more than others which may lead to depression. Idk if this is what you were asking but hope this helps :)

If you keep thinking about bad things for example that you are afraid it may happen you become so sad and worried but if you realized that this thing won't happen that will affect you in positive way
