2.3 acres is the answer.

4 0

Number of trees on \frac{1}{4} of the land Joe owns = 250 trees

Total Number of trees on the whole land Joe owns = 250 \times 4

= 1000 trees

Area of land covered with 10 trees = 1000

Area of land covered with 1 tree = \frac{1000}{10}

= 100 square feet

Therefore, Total land covered with 1000 trees = 1000 \times 100

= 100,000 square feet

Since 1 acre = 43560 square feet

So, Total acres of land owned by Joe = \frac{100000}{43560}

= 2.29 acre

= 2.3 acre

So, Joe owns 2.3 acres of land.

I need to know the answer
ladessa [460]

Answer:

b

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer: option (b)

1 billion = 1, 000, 000, 000

In scientific notation, a number is rewritten as a simple decimal multiplied by 10 raised to some power n.

10 =101

100= 102

1, 000 = 103

1, 0000 = 104.

..............

Therfore 1 billion can be written as

1 billion =1, 000, 000, 000=10^{9}

Then 1.5 billion =  1.54 10^{9}

Hence option (b) is the correct answer

please give me brilliant answer

thank you

This is confusing please help
Tomtit [17]

Answer:

1. Range: take the difference between the highest and lowest values in a set of numbers. In this case it's 2 and 45.

2. Mean: Mean is the average of the numbers. This is pretty easy just add up all the numbers you see and divide by how many there are.

3. Median: The median is basically taking your numbers and organizing then. Then you go through and cross off every number until you get to the one number in the middle. If you have 1 answer, then that's your answer..But if you have two numbers in the middle add them up and divide by 2.

4. Mode: Mode is the value that appears most often. In this case it would be 16 and 3.

Larger (upper) and lower quartile: if you have a calculator this might help a lot when finding what you are looking for. But anyways this is for TI-84 plus calculator. Go to stat, press 1. edit, then enter your numbers, press start again, move right to calc, and press 1 again. Scroll down and press calculate, then scroll all the way down and find Q1 (lower) and Q3 (upper)

Step-by-step explanation:

Range: 45-2 = ? (I will let you solve this part yourself)

Mean: 5 + 16+ 45 + 12 + 11 + 9+ 16 + 21 + 2 + 3 + 8 + 3 + 7 + 2 + 5 = ? ÷ 15 (I believe that how many numbers there are, I can't tell)

Median: 2, 3, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 16, 16, 45, in this case you will be left with two numbers. So once you cross off the numbers and get to the middle remember to add together the middle numbers and divide by 2.

Mode: 16 and 3

Larger and lower quartile: Q1: 3 and Q3: 16

(if this isn't it try minx: 2 and maxx: 45)

I think they should help explain what you are doing and get you started. Sorry I couldn't be much more help. :)

(X+5) to the power 6 use binomial theorem to expand the power of a binomial
Mamont248 [21]

Answer:

x⁶ +30x⁵ +375x⁴ +2500x³ +9375x² +18750x +15625

Step-by-step explanation:

The expansion is the sum of C(6, k)·x^(6-k)·5^k for k=0–6, where ...

... C(6, k) = 6!/(k!(6-k)!)

For k = 0–6, C(6, k) = {1, 6, 15, 20, 15, 6, 1}

Then the expansion is ...

... x⁶ +6·5¹·x⁵ +15·5²·x⁴ +20·5³·x³ +15·5⁴·x² +6·5⁵·x +5⁶
