The vertex is (7,-50)
***rewrite in standard form***
The equation formula is y - y1 = m(x-x1)
Using the first point for x1, y1:
Y +13 = m(x-15)
M is the slope which is the change in y over the change in x:
M = -11–13 / 16-15 = 2/1 = 2
The equation becomes y +13 =2(x+15)
The answer is:
He incorrectly wrote the slope in his equation. He should have written y+13=2(x−15).
Answer:
y = -2x - 5
Step-by-step explanation:
Let the equation if the line be y = mx + c
since the line is parallel to y = -2x - 8, their gradients/slope must be the same (aka m = -2)
sub (-4, 3):
3 = -2(-4) + c
c = -5
therefore, the equation of the line is y = -2x - 5

Answer:
x = ±
It didn't insert but just look up the quadratic formula.
x = ± root [(b²-4ac]/2a]
I saw this same type of question and page but with different numbers just 5 minutes ago...
Anyway here’s the answers:
1) Complementary
3x+1+44=90
3x+45=90
3x=45
x=5
2) Vertical
Ignore everything about the work. The answer is 120 degrees because they’re vertical angles.
3) Supplementary
15x-5+110=180
15x+105=180
15x=75
x=5
And I can’t see the last question clearly
