So first you want to start in the parentheses
x+5
so what you do is 2 times x which is 2x
2 times 5 which is ten
7x+10x <3x-14
-10× - 10x

-3x

The zeros of a polynomial function are 1/2, -4 and -1.
mihalych1998 [28]

Answer:

The factors are (x- \frac {\bf 1} {\bf 2}){\bf (x+4)}{\bf (x+1)}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that \frac{1}{2} ,-4, -1 are the zeroes of the polynomial

Let the polynomial be P(x)

For the polynomial P(x), If r is a zero of P(x) then (x-r) will be a factor of P(x).

If (x-r) is a factor of P(x) then r will be a zero of P(x).

From the given Zeroes we can write it in form of factors as below:

P(x) = (x- \frac{1}{2})(x-(-4))(x-(-1))

P(x) = (x- \frac{1}{2})(x+4)(x+1)

Answer:

no guaranteed classification

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that the quadrilateral has two pairs of congruent sides. Both a rectangle and a parallelogram have two pairs of congruent sides. The difference between them is their angles. But we don't know anything about the angles in the figure, so we cannot know which kind it is.

Write 5(6x+4)-2(5x-2) in the form a(bx+c) where a,b and c integers and a>1
Pavel [41]

Answer:

4(5x + 6)

Step-by-step explanation:

To start, let's expand things out, as we cannot learn anything from this form. We get 30x + 20 - 10x + 4, or 20x + 24. To find the GCD (Greatest Common Divisor), we take the terms and try to find the number (or term) that divides them. It must be a constant, because of the 24, and 4 goes into 20 and 24. So, our final answer is 4(5x + 6).
