Since intensity is given then when at 3 m

1.1\times 10^{-7}= \frac {k}{3^{2}}

k=3^{2}\times 1.1\times 10^{-7}= 9.9\times 10^{-7}

Since we have the constant then at 4m

Intensity, I= \frac {9.9\times 10^{-7}}{4^{2}}=6.1875\times 10^{-8}
