The correct answer is C. Groups 2, 3, 4.

The main groups of elements which are in the periodic table include, group1, group2, and group 13 up to group 18.

These groups are the representative elements. Group 1 contains all the alkali metals which include sodium, lithium, potassium, and francium.
They react with halogens to form an ionic salt. For example, sodium chloride.
Group 2 contains Alkaline earth metals which include barium, strontium, radium, calcium, and magnesium. They are less active than alkali metals. They are named after their oxides.
Group 13 is the Boron group. It includes indium, thallium, gallium, and aluminium. Aluminum it is known to be the third most abundant element on earth crust.

1. Explain how volcanoes and earthquakes relate to each other.
zalisa [80]
1.Some earthquakes are associated with volcanoes. A lot of earthquakes are alongside the rims of tectonic plates. This is in which some volcanoes are too.
2. Earth changes in its personal ways. Some changes are because of gradual processes, consisting of erosion and weathering, and a few changes are because of fast processes, consisting of landslides, volcanic eruptions, Tsunamis and earthquakes. Waves, wind, water, and ice form and reshape the Earth's land surface through eroding rock in a few regions and depositing them in different regions, now and again in seasonal layers. Tectonic plates drift, the crust quakes, and volcanoes erupt. All of these effective forces form our air, land, water, and climate and are constantly reworking our planet.
