Determine the domain of the function.<br><br> f(x)=4/x^2
harkovskaia [24]
Since x can be any value as long as the denominator equals 0 (it doesn't matter if it's positive or negative), we have to figure out when x^2=0, which is when x=0. Therefore, the domain is (-inf, 0) U (0, inf)

On a coordinate plane, a curved line begins at point (1, 2) and ends at (5, 4).
Ne4ueva [31]

Step-by-step explanation:

there must be something missing here (I guess, the graph).

because just by looking at the 2 points, all 4 answer options could be wrong, or all 4 could be right.

just basing on the point coordinates I see the functional values (y) go from 2 to 4.

but we have no clue about what that curved function does in between these 2 points.

please provide the full information.

Sue has $4, Tom has $11, Brian has $6, and Anita has $9. Use mental math to find how much money they have altogether. Show your
Elis [28]
So you want to add together 4, 6, 11, and 9.

So to make it easier, I would first add together 4 and 6, and 11 and 9.

4 and 6 added together is 10

11 and 9 added together is 20

So, just 20 + 10, or 30.

To convert celsius to Fahrenheit:
=》(0°C × 9/5) + 32 = 32°F

To convert Fahrenheit to celsius:
=》(32°F − 32) × 5/9 = 0°C

To convert kelvin to celsius:
=》 C = K - 273.15.

To convert Fahrenheit to kelvin :
=》°F = (K − 273.15) × 9/5 + 32.

Using these formulas,

1) 38°C
= (38°C × 9/5) + 32
= 100.4°F

2) 313 K
= 313K − 273.15
= 39.85°C

3) 85°F - 69°F
= 16° F ------> difference
In celsius :
= (16°F − 32) × 5/9 =
-8.889°C

4) At 3 p.m = 13°F
If temperature increases by 2°F,
At 5 p.m =》
13 + 4
= 17°F

5) 55°F - 5
= 50°F
In kelvin :
(50°F − 32) × 5/9 + 273.15
= 283.15K

Hope it helps ⚜
