When speaking publicly, the delivery of words are almost as important as the words themselves. Impressive speech delivery can encourage a mass following and support from peers and/or subjects affecting the power held by a person.

Speaking clearly, at a smooth pace- and with a strong unwavering tone- helps the speaker to be heard and understood clearly by the masses listening to the message. Speaking with respect and poise can appeal to the audience in ways that rushed or irritated speech cannot.

In his speech, Kennedy implores listeners to support his pleas to develop strong space station exploration in order to enrich life on earth, especially in the United States of America. He asserts that space exploration can assist in modern-day medicine, technology/techniques, and scientific research. He gives examples of why his ideas should be supported with subjects the average American will find important with his leadership/courage, intelligence, and health care examples.

NOTE: Healthcare is often a pillar for politicians because many American desire a long enriched and healthy life.

Fred is involved in a heated argument with Gene. Gene believes that the stages of a child's cognitive development are worthy of
Ede4ka [16]

Answer:

Gene is taking a Piagetian approach, while Fred is a proponent of the behaviorist approach.

Explanation:

Piaget's approach and studies centers on the fact that a child goes trough certain cognitive stages, in which a development occurs. These are:

 1. Sensorimotor Stage.
 2. Preoperational Stage.
 3. Concrete Operational Stage.
 4. Formal Operational Stage.

Meanwhile, a behaviorist approach centers on the fact that what matters is what we can see which is the behavior, instead of only creating speculation about the mind since it is not tangible.
