Welp, so okay, my friend said that the 2 angles (x and 83) are congruent because they are corresponding angles, but I’m not sure

if that’s correct.
What is x? It has to be either 97 or 83. And it’s hard to tell which one because it’s with congruent or supplementary
Thank you

It's congruent, because they are both lines that are intersecting with the same line at the same degree angle, they must be the same.

What is the sum of 5x^2y and (2xy^2 + x^2y)
eimsori [14]
Recognize that you must combine "like" terms. 5x^2y and x^2y are "like" terms.

Adding them together, you get 6x^2y.

Now add 2xy^2 to 6x^2y. These are NOT "like" terms, so you end up with
6x^2y+2xy^2 as your final answer. This answer is acceptable as is.

However, you could factor out the common factors: 2xy(3x+y).

gogolik [260]

Answer:

 (a) no solution

Step-by-step explanation:

Writing the second equation in slope-intercept form, it becomes ...

 3x -y = 2 . . . . given

 y = 3x -2 . . . . add y-2 to both sides

The first equation is already in slope-intercept form:

 y = 3x +3 . . . . first equation

The coefficients of x in the two equations are both 3, so the lines they describe are parallel. They do not intersect, so there is no solution.

WILL AWARD BRAILEST!!!!!! A triangular prism has a triangular face with a base of 16.8 centimeters and a height of 10.2 centimet
VARVARA [1.3K]

Answer:

14 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

The first step is to find the area of the triangular base. The formula for the area of a triangle is \frac{bh}{2}=\frac{10.2\cdot16.8}{2}=85.68. Now, you can divide the total volume by this to find the length. 1199.52/85.68=14. Hope this helps!
