How many pages is 5000 words? Double spaced, 5000 words is around 20 pages; single spaced about 10 pages. Now, if you're using an unconventional formatting or margins you could see different results, however, with standard word processor defaults and a 12 point Arial or Times New Roman font your output should be very similar. Examples of 5000 word count pages include college theses, dissertation research, or very comprehensive, in-depth blog posts.

Answer: 5000 words is 10 pages single spaced or 20 pages double spaced.

A laser produces red light of wavelength 632.8 nm. Calculate the energy,
Ira Lisetskai [31]

Answer:

189.2 KJ

Explanation:

Data Given

wavelength of the light = 632.8 nm

Convert nm to m

1 nm = 1 x 10⁻⁹

632.8 nm = 632.8 x 1 x 10⁻⁹ = 6.328 x 10⁻⁷m

Energy of 1 mole of photon = ?

Solution

Formula used

                     E = hc/λ

where

E = energy of photon

h = Planck's Constant

Planck's Constant = 6.626 x 10⁻³⁴ Js

c = speed of light

speed of light = 3 × 10⁸ ms⁻¹

λ = wavelength of light

Put values in above equation

                   E = hc/λ

                   E = 6.626 x 10⁻³⁴ Js ( 3 × 10⁸ ms⁻¹ / 6.328 x 10⁻⁷m)

                   E = 6.626 x 10⁻³⁴ Js (4.741 x 10¹⁴s⁻¹)

                  E = 3.141 x 10⁻¹⁹J

3.141 x 10⁻¹⁹J is energy for one photon

Now we have to find energy of 1 mole of photon

As we know that

1 mole consists of  6.022 x10²³ numbers of photons

So,

     Energy for one mole photons = 3.141 x 10⁻¹⁹J x  6.022 x10²³

     Energy for one mole photons = 1.89 x 10⁵ J

Now convert J to KJ

1000 J = 1 KJ

1.89 x 10⁵ J = 1.89 x 10⁵ /1000 = 189.2 KJ

So,

energy of one mole of photons = 189.2 KJ

The effectiveness of a chemical sanitizer can be limited by
Serjik [45]

Chemical sanitizer effectiveness, decreases with increase in pH . And most soap and detergent are alkaline in nature, that limits its effectiveness. So they should be rinsed off completely for proper effectiveness of santizer. So improper rinsing limits the effectiveness of a sanitizer.

So , the answer is improper rinsing after that still a detergent residue remains limits the effectiveness of sanitizer.

[Ca2+] within the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is 10-3M. Cytosolic [Ca2+] is 10-7M. Lysosomes in mammalian cells have an internal
Pani-rosa [81]

Answer:

B. Ca2+ import into the ER because it has the steeper concentration gradient

Explanation:

ΔGt =  RT㏑(C₂/C₁)

where ΔGt is the free energy change for transport; R = 8.315 J/mol; T = 298 K; C₂/C₁ is ratio of concentrations inside and outside each organelle.

For Ca²⁺ import

ΔGt = 8.315 J/mol * 298 K * ㏑(10⁻³/10⁻⁷)

ΔGt= 3.42 kJ/mol

For H⁺ import

ΔGt = 8.315 J/mol * 298 K * ㏑ (10⁻⁴/10⁻⁷)

ΔGt = 2.73 kJ/mol

From the above values, ΔGt is greater for Ca²⁺ import because it has a steeper concentration gradient
