If a best friend looks on the bright side and is fairly or very positive, they would have positive personality traits. Obviously, there are many personality traits that represent happiness. Do you have any options to this question? If you haven't you could use some of these below :

Nice - A happy person would always be nice to others. They wouldn't ever be jealous of another individual. They would live life helping people on the way as whenever they could help people, they would feel nice and have a thought that they did good.

Good listeners - It is less likely that a happy person would not listen to another. A person that is a good listener knows and is aware of other people's feelings. Those individuals take the time to listen to someone and listen to what they have got to say to them. They would want to resolve problems that could be stopping someone to continue in their everyday life.

These are some examples that I think stand out in happy people. I would note that I am a happy person as well because I enjoy helping others as you can see ;)

JulijaS [17]
The neuron is the basic unit of the nervous system of the body. Its function is to send information to the brain (communication). Neurons help us to react to changes in our environment. Sensory neurons detect the pain the young  woman feels and send the messages from her burned skin to her brain. Interneurons integrate the information and generate instructions how to respond.
