ArbitrLikvidat [17]
Say he mows 1 lawn every day, per week. He'd spend a total of $10.50 on gas and $7 for an advertisement for that week. Which would equal his total profit being $52.50 per week is his business.

2) 62 - 46 +4 = 0 <br> quadratic formula
AleksandrR [38]

This does not need the quadratic formula since there are no variables to begin with:

62-46+4 = 0

20 = 0.

And 20 does not equal 0 so both sides aren't equal.

Soooo not much to do with this question.

Asim is going to cover the path with paving. Each paving stone is a square of size 30cm. Each paving stone costs £2.50. How many
Stels [109]

Answer:

Asim will need 84 stones to cover the path and it will cost £210.

Step-by-step explanation:

This question is incomplete, here is the complete question.

"Asim is going to cover the path with paving.Each paving stone is a square of side 30 cm.Each paving stone costs £2.50. How may paving stones will it take to cover the path and how much will they cost Asim to buy?

The diagram shows a rectangular garden path

The length is 630 cm

The width is 120cm"

Dimensions of the rectangular garden path  = 630 × 120 cm

Area of the garden path = Length × Width

Area = 630 × 120  = 75,600 cm²

Each square paving stone has each side = 30 cm

Area of each paving stone = 30 × 30 = 900 cm²

The number of stones it will take to cover the path = \frac{75,600}{900}

                                                                                     = 84 stones.

Cost of each paving stones = £2.50

Cost of 84 paving stones = 84 × 2.50

                                          = £210

Asim will need 84 stones to cover the path and it will cost £210.
