Luis has an account at GESA Credit Union. He had a balance of $500.00 starting January 15th. He made deposits of $100, $250, and
Oliga [24]

Answer: $531.51

Step-by-step explanation:

Initial balance of 500

If he made deposits into his account that means he added to his existing balance so his new balance would be the initial 500 plus all the deposits:

500 + 100 + 250 + 300 = 1150

so after the deposits he has a new balance of 1150. He then withdrew money which means he's subtracting from his balance so his new balance will be his current balance minus all the withdraws:

1150 - 400.32 - 100 - 55.55 - 62.62 = 531.51

-c=p-r
If you were getting the negative C by itself you will want to move the R over on the opposite side. You do that by subtracting are to both sides the hours on the left cancel out leaving you with a negative C on the left side which equals P minus R on the right side

HELP! I NEED MORE THAN 5 SENTENCES!!
Ksenya-84 [330]

Answer:

I would assess what type of learner my student was by seeing which form of teaching they respond best to. I would try to cover all 7 types of learning by going through different examples. I would lead by explaining the concept and then start to work through at least 3 examples. I would then ask them to finish certain parts and eventually watch them work one out on their own. One of the key things I would make sure to do is personalize the learning experience. I would offer stories and situations that they may be able to relate to or remember when completing the problem.

The graph below shows a line of best fit for data relating the number of marbles added in a jar to the total weight of the jar,
Rudiy27

Answer: D.

The y-intercept of the line means that the weight of the empty jar is about 160 grams.

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that the equation of line is given by y=mx+c, where m is the slope of the line and c is the initial amount .

For the given linear equation y=4.95x+160.03

where x is the number of marbles added, and y (dependent variable ) is the weight of the jar.

Slope of line m= 4.95 which is approximately 5 , thus, for every increase in marble, weight of jar increased by approx 5 gram.

To find the y intercept , put x=0, we get

y=160.03 which means if there is no marble then the weight of the jar = 160.03 grams or approximately 160 grams.

Thus, The y-intercept of the line means that the weight of the empty jar is about 160 grams.
