anyanavicka [17]

Answer:

The human body is composed of the different systems or controlling parts, and among these organs the brain and spinal cord functions for the regulation of nerves and for the regulation of communication inside the human body. As, there are small basic units or cells called as neurons which makes up the basic framework for the functioning of this nervous system.

  • Now, each of our body's function is either voluntary or involuntary in nature. As, they arise to having a chemical imbalance or in other words a synapse inside the structure or body  of the neurons. While, all of the actions are full controlled by the central nervous system but some of them are controlled by the processing system which are called as the voluntary changes or actions. And on the other those which are not controlled all by the human body, as such actions are said to be involuntary in nature.
  • While, the nervous system outside the more organized and becomes more complex when we analyze the nervous system outside the CNS  and such neural system is then termed as the peripheral nervous system.
  • Some of the response are quick and do not require any longer for the body to react in and such body responses are termed as the autonomic fight-or-flight responses. As, such functions or changes inside the body posture and system included inside the sympathetic relaxing responses.

30 POINTS! ----- How many moles of oxygen gas are needed to completely react with 145 grams of aluminum? Report your answer with
gladu [14]
First a balanced reaction equation must be established:
4Al _{(s)}    +   3 O_{2}  _{(g)}     →    2 Al_{2} O_{3}

Now if mass of aluminum = 145 g
the moles of aluminum = (MASS) ÷ (MOLAR MASS) = 145 g ÷ 30 g/mol
                                                                                    =  4.83 mols

Now the mole ratio of Al : O₂ based on the equation is  4 : 3
                                                                [4Al  + 3 O₂ → 2 Al₂O₃]

∴ if moles of Al = 4.83 moles
  then moles of O₂ = (4.83 mol ÷ 4) × 3
                              =  3.63 mol   (to  2 sig. fig.)

Thus it can be concluded that 3.63 moles of oxygen is needed to react completely with 145 g of aluminum.

An unknown substance has a melting point of 1064 ∘C, is insoluble in water, conducts electricity as a solid, and is hard. Given
denpristay [2]

Answer:

The unknown substance is Au ( gold)

Explanation:

SiO2 has a high melting point, is insoluble in water but is a very poor conductor. So the statements do not apply here.

F2 is soluble in water, has a melting point way lower than 1064 °C, and isa gas. F2 doesn't apply here.

Au is insoluble in water, has a high melting point, is a good conductor and is hard. Gold applies are all those statements.

Kbr is good soluble in water, and is a bad conductorbecause  it is just a powder, and the molecules have no mobility, and therefore it cannot conduct electricity. The unknown substance is not Kbr.
