In neutralization process or titration process, we use the formula;
(M1V1)H3PO4 = M2V2(Ca(OH)2)
M1 = 0.600 m
V1 = 10.0ml
M2 = unknown
V2 = 12.5ml
M1V1 = M2V2
0.6*10 = 12.5*M2
M2 = (0.6*10)/12.5 = 0.48m
Therefore, the answer is 0.480m

Would the ph at the equivalence point be acidic, basic, or neutral for each given titration?.
Lesechka [4]

Answer:

At the equivalence point, equal amounts of H+ and OH– ions will combine to form H2O, resulting in a pH of 7.0 (neutral). The pH at the equivalence point for this titration will always be 7.0, note that this is true only for titrations of strong acid with strong base.

Suppose a friend says that we don't need to worry about the rising temperatures associated with global climate change. Her claim
ludmilkaskok [199]

Answer:

Carbonic acid could be formed.

Explanation:

Hello,

Based on her claim, it would be a really useful strategy to prevent global warming, nevertheless, there would be a problem if a increasing amount of carbon dioxide is not buried at the bottom of the ocean yet it flows freely along the sea and probably reacting with the water, causing carbonic acid to be formed and subsequently cutting back the sea's pH (increasing its acidity).

It would be useful, but a constant monitoring of the sea's pH must be needed because this could cause some species to be affected not only by the temperature but for the acid pH as well.

Best regards.

Caculate the number if moles of the following: 800. g of Ca
Maru [420]
Mole is equal to mass of the element divided by molar mass of the element. that is
mole=mass/molar mass
From periodic table calcium has a molar mass of 40 g/mol
moles is therefore =800g/40g/mol=20moles

The electronegativity is 2.1 for h and 1.9 for pb. based on these electronegativities pbh4 would be expected to
Sedbober [7]
PbH4 will be formed as a result of a polar covalent bond between the H and the Pb.

Since H is more electronegative than the Pb, it is, thus, expected that the H would be able to pull the electron charge towards itself. This will result in the H being negative.

Based on this:
PbH4 would be expected to have polar covalent bonds with a partial negative charges on the H atoms.

Which property do metalloids share with nonmetals
Vesnalui [34]

Answer:

Explained below

Explanation:

Metalloids are elements that possess properties between that of metals and non - metals or that have properties that a re a combination of those of metals and non - metals. Whereas a metal is one that conducts electricity and heat very well.

Now, the property they both share is that they both possess valence orbitals which are highly de-localized over macroscopic volumes, thereby allowing both of them to be conductors of electricity although it has to be said that Metalloids don't conduct electricity as much as metals.
