The answer is vigorous because your body needs the oxygen to continue to move your muscles during exercise. talking while in vigorous movement inhibits your oxygen intake which is why physiologicly, u can only say short words or sentences during exercise.

But being able to look at calming scenery, of bright greens and blues is calming because it's the colors of life, and our minds sees the colors and we instantly become more calm. Green is calming because it's color that is found quite frequently in nature, so essentially it's good.<span />
