The Sun gives off energy, and that energy can be found deep in it's core, the Sun is busily converting mass into energy. According to Einstein equation of mass and energy equivalence, from his very famous equation E = mc².

Given: Energy E = 3.6 X 10²⁶ J

           Speed of light c = 3.00 x 10⁸ m/s

Required: Mass m loss by the sun each second

Formula: E = mc² derive for mass m

m = E/c²

m = 3.6 x 10²⁶ Kg.m²/s² or J/(3.00 X 10⁸ m/s)²

m = 4 x 10⁹ Kg     or the Sun is loosing

m = 4 million tons of mass each second

The owner of a company that manufactures drinking cups decides it would be impressive to build an inground swimming pool that is
garri49 [273]

Answer:

The depth is 5.15 m.

Explanation:

Lets take the depth of the pool = h m

The atmospheric pressure ,P = 101235 N/m²

The area of the top = A m²

The area of the bottom =  a m²

Given that A= 1.5 a

The force on the top of the pool = P A

The total pressure on the bottom = P + ρ g h

ρ =Density of the  water = 1000 kg/m³

The total pressure at the bottom of the pool =  (P + ρ g h) a

The bottom and the top force is same

(P + ρ g h) a = P A

P a +ρ g h a =  P A

ρ g h a =  P A - P a

h=\dfrac{P ( A-a)}{\rho g a}

h=\dfrac{P ( 1.5 a-a)}{\rho g a}

h=\dfrac{P ( 1.5- 1)}{\rho g}

h=\dfrac{101235 ( 1.5- 1)}{1000\times 9.81}\ m

h=5.15 m

The depth is 5.15 m.

The family would not have hot water unless they were to heat the the water. They would have to depend on the stove in order to survive by heating the house to say alive and not freeze. They would also have to depend on the stove to get hot water to do any, but if the sun goes away for too long and everything starts to die then they will have to use what food and wood that they have in order to survive.

What would happen to the coil if the current passing through it was too large?
Alborosie
When a current flows through coil, magnetic field is produced around the coil which induces emf also known as back emf. When current in the coil is increased, more magnetic field is produced which in turn increases the induced emf.

Which phase occurs between the new moon and the first quarter?
Igoryamba

Answer:

<em>waxing gibbous moon</em>

<em>It comes a week after new moon. <u>A waxing gibbous moon</u> occurs when more than half of the lit portion of the Moon can be seen and the shape increases ("waxes") in size from one day to the next. The waxing gibbous phase occurs between the first quarter and full moon phases.</em>
