explain how energy changes back and forth between kinetic and potential Energy when you jump on a trampoline

When jumping on a trampoline, the energy changes from potential to kinetic energy constantly. when you begin to jump in the air there is kinetic energy present, and when you reach maximum height then potential energy takes over for a little bit. Then, when going back down, kinetic energy takes over again until you land on the trampoline.

Hope this helps,

When you jump on a trampoline, your body has kinetic energy that changes...potential energy changes kinetis energy..In other words, the springs will pull back against the weight as you jump.A trampoline appears as nothing more than simple fun,but it is actually a complex array of the most basic laws of physics.jumping up and down is a classic example of the conservation of energy, from potential into kinetic..furthermore,it verifies and illustrates each of newton's three laws of motion.kinetic energy is created when an object with some amount of mass is moving with a given velocity. The formula for kinetic energy is as follows KE=(1/2)mv^2.

potential energy changea along with kinetic energy at anytime your total energy is equal to your potential energy plus your kinetic energy. For potential energy is a function of height and the equation is PE=mgh where m is mass,g is the gravity constant and h is height.

Find the speed at which Superman (mass=76.0 kg) must fly into a train (mass = 19969 kg) traveling at 65.0 km/hr to stop it.
yawa3891 [41]
A, speed = 70 km/h x (17026/79) =15086 km/h b, v=u +at v=0, a=-0.5 g = -4.9 m/s^2 u=19.4 m/s t = 3.96 s c, v^2 = u^2 + 2 as as above, 19.4^2 = 2 *0.5 *g *s s = 19.4^2/9.8 = 38.6m

Hope it helps :)

Which elements symbol could replace the question mark in the diagram?
Kobotan [32]
Those dots represent the valence electrons of the element. The only elements with 6 valence electrons are oxygen, sulfur,  selenium, and..... so on. SO the answer to your question is B, tellurium(Te).
