The techniques that would be best in the separation of a solute from the solution are distillation, chromatography and crystallization. Distillation is a process where it involves boiling of a mixture where the components boils at different temperature allowing them to be separated as they turn into vapor phase. Chromatography is separation process where the solute id being separated by its density. Crystallization is a process that involves the evaporation of the solvent which causes the solute to crystallize.
