Electron density is the measure of theprobability of an electron being present at a specific location.

In molecules, regions of electron density are usually found around the atom, and its bonds. In de-localized orconjugated systems, such as phenol, benzene and compounds such as hemoglobin and chlorophyll, the electron density covers an entire region, i.e., in benzene they are found above and below the planar ring. This is sometimes shown diagrammatically as a series of alternating single and double bonds. In the case of phenol and benzene, a circle inside a hexagon shows the de-localized nature of the compound.

In whare atoms in group 1 and atoms in group 18 different?
sdas [7]

Group 1 contains metals while group 18 contains noble gases.

So group 1 is different from group 18 as they both contains different types of atoms as group 1 contains metals while group 18 contains noble gases.

There is 1 valence shell electron in group 1 , they are highly reactive while valence shell of group 18 is fully filled and they are least reactive .

How many moles of Al2O3 will be produced if 1.35 moles of Fe are produced?
Sergeu [11.5K]

Answer:

0.675 mol

Explanation:

Step 1: Write the balanced equation

2 Al + Fe₂O₃ ⇒ 2 Fe + Al₂O₃

Step 2: Establish the appropriate molar ratio

According to the balanced equation, the molar ratio of Fe to Al₂O₃ is 2:1.

Step 3: Calculate the moles of Al₂O₃ produced when 1.35 moles of Fe are produced

We will use the established molar ratio.

1.35 mol Fe × 1 mol Al₂O₃/2 mol Fe = 0.675 mol Al₂O₃

When fat comes in contact with sodium hydroxide, it produces soap and glycerin. Determine whether this is a physical change or a
Degger [83]

Answer: Chemical change

Explanation:

Physical change is a change where there is a change in size , shape etc and no new products are formed.

Chemical change is a change where there is a change in chemical composition as new products are formed.

Example: Formation of soap and glycerin from fat and sodium hydroxide is a chemical change as the chemical bonds are getting rearranged to form new products.
